We're settled into our stop-off on the way back now. Not looking forward to the journey back tomorrow, given the fuel protest blockages we'll probably encounter - we've got either M4, M25 and A12 or M40, A420, A421 and A14 to get home.
Always a great weekend, and would recommend to anyone that has said in the past or even this time around "I must try and make it one year" - you'd be assured of a warm welcome and an enjoyable time - as Coastalblue found this weekend (including a nice toasting of his trainer soles in the firepit). I'd probably go A420, A34, M40, A43, A421, A1, A428, A14. But that may not be the quickest (mainly the first section). [Post edited 4 Jul 2022 1:07]
