In a hypothetical scenario 21:04 - Aug 13 with 844 viewsLeistonBlue

Where it’s mid December, we are flying at the top of the league playing beautiful football, and Man United are still struggling in the bottom half of the league and they decide to get rid of Ten Hag. Do we think there’s any chance they might consider McKenna? They’ve tried experience, they’ve tried proven premier league and champions league winning managers without success, might they possibly think that at this stage it’s worth just giving a young up and coming manager, with links to United, a chance having tried everything else? I may well be being completely bonkers, but it did cross my mind as I watched their dire performance this evening.

I very much doubt it. They are 'the biggest club in the world' - they wouldn't take such a risk when they can aim much, much higher.

None, they'll want a name, experience. Can see then trying again for Conte. Not sure he'd go. Think they have ro give him time, board level is rotten there, terrible owners really and I think utd fans know this

They'll appoint a Scotsman. Someone with a European pedigree.

Nah, they’ll probably tempt Pochettino into their web of failure.
If they’re still bottom of the league, then it’s custom made for a Super Mick rescue job.
‘I don’t give a feck Cristiano, if you won’t track back, you can feckin’ feck off to feckin’ MLS’
‘And you can feck off Maguire, Berra’s starting and that’s an end to it’
‘Right then TC, see if you can show Rashford what a feckin’ goalnet looks like’
