Just back from watching these guys live. Never listened to them until today, was offered free tickets.
What a show - the video is a bit bubblegum but live, they’re well worth a visit if you like rock and roll.

Edit: had I imbibed a little less, I would have read the thread in full and noticed the Welsh flavour and would of course have posted this:

It's 106 miles to Portman Road, we've got a full tank of gas, half a round of Port Salut, it's dark... and we're wearing blue tinted sunglasses.

Where did you see Yr Ods? Mrs S is wondering if they’re touring!

I was in Suffolk a month ago and it was too hot and I was sick of looking at brown grass and parched earth, so I check the weather forecast and saw that it was five degrees cooler and still sunny in Wales. Also I didn't fancy going down to Hampshire for Wickham festival, so I thought 'I've never been to the Eisteddfod' and headed for Tregaron. Only went on the Friday and saw Catrin Finch playing in the Pavilion (with a young fiddle player and a poet who almost missed his cue) so that was a bonus I had not expected (last saw her with Seckou Keita at FolkEast 2021 and she has gone through quite a change of appearance.) I was told to come back later in the afternoon for the 'ceremony' and lost track of time a bit. Just as it seemed the Pavilion was full a door opened and let three of us latecomers in but I felt I had taken the place of someone who knew what was going on. Everyone else knew where to look and what to sing but no one seemed to mind me. Yr Ods were playing the outdoor stage that night so I hung on to see them, also playing earlier in the evening:
