Let’s keep our heads and remember where we are and how we’ve been playing 16:49 - Sep 25 with 936 viewsunstableblue

We were much better than Weds, and at times Plymouth were overrun

We just didn’t take 2-3 chances, or execute 4-5 great passages when on top

Plymouth haven’t had a test like that at home, having easily beaten the likes of Bolton and Peterborough

See comment below from their forum

We get that comment when we know we weren’t at our best, when we got loose and had 2 or 3 players not at their best.

Fans, manager and team need to stick together, team need to assess areas to improve and execute. Fans need to do their bit next weekend, loud, unequivocal support in front of large crowds on Saturday and Tuesday… 6 points and we will have had a remarkable start to the season, 4 and it’s still great 3, and we remain very well placed.

“Great game, hugely entertaining and a great advert for the division. It could have gone either way. Ipswich are the best opposition team I have seen this season (I am not counting Charlton where we had a collective memory loss on how to play football which was more about us than them). Great result, just keep on keeping on.“

We don’t have a striker capable of scoring a goal every other game, and we don’t have central defenders that have physical presence in either box. Those are our two weak areas.

Oh well, if a Plymouth fan thinks we were decent, that's all that matters.

However, we have thrown away five points in two weekends - we can beat around the bush all we like, but that's not good enough. We have now lost our air of invincibility. Going to be tough to just bounce back and get back into the swing of things, although we should be good enough to do that.

I've taken this loss quite badly. The draw last week wound me up, the win midweek was pleasing, and today was painful. When I was a teenager and even a young adult, a loss used to put me in a bad mood for days, maybe even a full week up to the next time we played. I would pull out of nights out, or dates and just stay in and stew. Then we got so bad that it didn't really hurt anymore and I moved past that while maturing.

Today I really do feel quite depressed after that. Irritable and ready for a scrap. My post-loss walk didn't work, I just feel angry. Most of all, I'm angry at how angry today has made me.

Stick with low level passive aggression towards anyone who advises to put in it perspective. It's how I'm coping at the moment.
