He didn’t switch off as has been suggested by north stander in eadt. He was alive for the direct ball. But as st bounced he’s decided to cut across to nod it away. But he’s not got there in that split second. He’s then had to alter his run back to goal but can’t as he doesn’t have momentum.

Maybe he should be just running back to goal in the first place as the safest option to deal with the ball

But I think he was a tad unlucky not to head it. It was just one of those things rather than a major slip.

Davis has been a revelation, I love watching him play.

As you said before he was being rubbished five minutes ago.

Fridge was so central to us last year that when he was injured we had a prominent fan and poster writing to Currys asking for a replacement.

Recently we've had some fans questioning his worthiness to the club: should he be replaced etc.

Madness I tell you.

Madness? KM chose Burgess over him.
If george goes back to being george of last season ( which yesterday he did indeed look just like that) Then great.

Wolfenden is the only one who KM has stuck with regardless of errors.. and in his defence its mainly because on the ball he's probably the best ball playing cb in the league imo. His concentration levels are his downfall imo which has cost us points and given opponent's opportunities.

As mentioned sat, we don't generally give many chances away which is great and overall positive of course and against the less clinical we look incredibly solid. But alot of the chances opponents actually get are from our own mistakes.

This is the nature of the social media era. On Twitter, Facebook etc. if you offer an opinion you're either wrong or right. A friend or an enemy. It's all very binary with no space for shades of grey any more. Bad times.

"It's all very binary with no space for shades of grey any more. Bad times".

Even E.L.James would struggle to get a tune out of that.

I've not seen many posts saying to sell him completely so didn't think that was what you meant. Clearer next time please.
