I believe the Park and Ride is outsourced to a private company by the County Council

The Town has two councils, that's one of the biggest problems

Suffolk County Council run the Park and Ride and outsource it to a Private Company I believe?

Ipswich Buses run by the Borough Council are one of only three bus companies, still run by a local council in the UK
