Mine took 3 weeks to turn up in the post and I was beginning to wonder what plan B was with today being a bank holiday - as the e mail says if you don't receive then call the TO the day before the game and they will arrange with the home club for you to pick up tickets at the game.
Maybe e mail them? While the TO is closed they may have someone online who can deal with such issues?
If you’re on twitter you could try sending a tweet, because the Club is pretty good at responding to those. Not sure who would tag, but someone on here may have some ideas on that.
