Any Skiers on here 16:29 - Jan 12 with 5872 views | ITFCson | I’ve just bought some ski boots. They are tight, and I know tight is the way to go. However I think they could be too tight. I’ve just looked up a ski boot size chart and I’ve bought Mondo 28.5 and on the chart this equates to 9.5. But I’m a 10.5/11. Any advice greatly appreciated as I’m off next week and don’t want to be in excessive pain whilst attempting to ski. Thanks

In Lapland Finland skiing - very north, very cold. 9 euros for a beer, 17 euros for 3 reindeer tacos. That’s Rudolf dealt with! Prices here are expensive but actually not a mile off somewhere like Breckinridge or Vail Colorado. On holiday so Mr Credit Card will just have to deal with it!

Where on earth is that?! Last year in Italy I was paying about 15 euro for a more than decent pasta dish and a soft drink, and that was on the mountain. To be fair, Italy did seem generally cheaper than France from my experience.

Feck knows where he is - but knowing him it will be the most expensive place on the planet. Edit - Geneva apparently.

Ah, that explains it. Switzerland! Always been rather pricey.
