We have to be the most frustrating team in the English League. Every other team fighting for promotion put's these teams away. Us, we huff and puff. have 70% of the play and then the inevitable sucker punch of a goal against. I did say in the most recent opinion on were we happy with the players brought in that I felt and still do that whichever combination of centre backs we use we are just not good enough. Silly defensive errors, and not quick enough . It concerns me that if we don't manage to get up this year what happens to all these expensive players brought in. I think one of our main problems is we would be far better suited as a Championship team than a Division One team as we obviously cannot cope with the tactics, timewasting and general hurly burly involved in getting out of this league. |  | | |  |

There are teams in every league that do what Cambridge do. So I don't buy this better suited Championship stuff. Our defence looked like conceding on every other Cambridge attack. We conceded a penalty. We were lucky to go in 1-0 down. We had a period of 20mins where we generally looked threatening, and scored in that time.

But there are more them in this league then in the Championship, especially as we're seen as a big fish in this league. I doubt we'll get the dozens of defensive teams we face at the moment in the division above. | |
