MK entrances 09:26 - Feb 7 with 766 views

Already have a few tickets for MK, but want one more and want to be sure I can get them all in same rough area.

Does anyone know if the lower sections enter through same turnstiles and can mingle with upper stands (and stand together)?

Or should I be looking to find a way to get a ticket in the upper sections where the other ones I've bought are?

I'd recommend the latter.

Even if the entrances are shared, assume that tickets will be checked and enforced unless and until proven otherwise.

can't help you on the season ticket front

but Upper 24 currently has a single seat left available in it if you can find someones number.
