Ainsworth deserves a chance at a bigger club, he's done an outstanding job irrelevant of what people think of the style of play. He doesn't suit QPR's perceived style of play ethos but he will get 11 players on the pitch who will work their socks off.

I don't disagree with any of that statement but do wonder if they have the personnel for Ainsworth to work

It may take some time, first and foremost, he'll want to tighten them up at the back
