Think he was probably referring to the trading that's been done already, with some assumptions around future in / outflows from those deals.
I didn't take it as meaning it's 1 in, 1 out this summer. Or £1 in, £1 out more to the point. |
They way he described it was very odd. I am confused about the clamour for “net zero”- especially when he’s looking forward to the third year (ie a year, assuming we go up, where we are additive rather than equal). I want us going into the premier league with davis etc and am less concerned about how good Ashton might look to an ownership group. Everybody had a major problem with Evans when he did a similar thing with player trading- something we were exceptional at under MM for example.
