Does anyone feel gutted for Ladapo? 08:22 - Apr 16 with 3222 viewsGlasgowBlue

One on one with the keeper for a remarkable hatrick before being brought down.

That would have been just reward for a top bloke who has kept up a fantastic attitude after seeing Hirst take his starting position.

In a side note, I thought Hirst looked a little leggy well before his miss and I wonder if KM will go with Freddie on Tuesday in order to rest Hirst for the Posh game.

Hey now, hey now, don't dream it's over

Definitely credit for Freddie for clearly showing a great attitude and making a great impact whenever needed.

But to be honest, if you look across the whole squad, the attitude and team spirit appears to be phenomenal and they all recognise they have a valuable part to play in team - no matter how big or small, they're willing to make that impact.

Look at Greg Leigh, as an example, came in for a rare appearance the other week. Didn't let anyone or himself down and now he's needed to take a step back again. But I know if he's needed, he'll step up and give 100% again.

The team seem very unified and most importantly happy and enjoying their game.

It's really a joy seeing this season develop and it reminds me of the 1999/2001 era where it just felt like on and off the field everyone was pulling in the right direction and a real feel good, work hard ethos around the entire club.

That's a pretty hyperbolic assessment on 12:13 - Apr 16 by BanksterDebtSlave

Think Bonne must have known he was offside and thought better of it.

Go with the team that has the best chance of winning ie an unchanged side. Too dangerous thinking we've got an easy 3 points against PV and resting players - and then coming unstuck.
These players should be all desperate to get out on the pitch and spilling over with confidence and adrenalin. They can rest in the summer. The next game is the most important. Tick it off with a win... and repeat 5 times.

No risks either way. If a player is carrying a knock, but is otherwise fit have him on the bench just in case. Whilst every respect should be given to Vale and we definitely need three points it would be great to rest a couple of our best players for Borough and Barnsley. If we could beat Vale, beat Peterborough and get a draw or possibly a win at Barnsley, then Happy Days. Groovin all week with you.

Thought the same about Hirst, not his finest was it yesterday. I would go with Hirst, with a mind to bring on Freddy maybe at half time on Tuesday.
