Up early as can't sleep. I've been watching Town since 1972 and have been to most home games, each season since then. I've had season tickets apart from the early years, standing on the East terrace.
My away attendance has been more sporadic with a few exceptions. eg 1992-93, 37/42 games attended.
Today is only my 3rd away of the season, lightweight compared to some of you diehards.
However, I'm so excited whilst tense at the same time. Finally a memorable season after so many mediocre or dire ones.

Same, barely slept, stomach in knots, just had a bacon/egg baguette to line the stomach and try and calm the nerves, this is not normal behavior for a 50 year old lol. | | | |

Yep very similar to you Portman terrace from September 73.... First season in Churchmans when the paper books started in the mid 80s, occasional away supporter but today is like my passion for it is reborn back to the future you might say! |  | | |
