Think the league needs to find a way to fast track these possible financial breaches quickly or things could get very messy.

Has anyone ever looked at their own postings for last day or so? Oh my... so sorry. Was Ullaa

Am I imagining it or didn't someone try this approach a few years ago when a club got promoted from the Championship after breaching financial rules?

I recall Middlesborough and Wycombe suing Derby because it caused issues with their takeover but can't remember what happened to them. I'm fairly sure they were dropped or settled before they went to court.

EDIT: Middlesborough settled - https://www.itv.com/news/central/2022-02-11/middlesbrough-settle-legal-claim-aga

And so did Wycombe - https://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/derby-county-wycom

That was the fella.

Wycombe sued because they were relegated I believe, but did Middlesborough sue because they were denied promotion?

You've also got Sheffield United suing West Ham over the Tevez/Mascherano affair, which pretty much saw them relegated.

That ended with an out of court settlement:

With seemingly all of these matters being settled out of court, it's almost as if the 'victim' clubs don't want to go on and set a precedent that may work against them at some unspecified point in the future.

You ain't a beauty but, hey, you're alright.
