While it probably stirs a giggle from the middle-aged and mentally stunted it's aimed at, it's pretty unreal that social media is still the Wild West in terms of content and spreading of hate from influential figures.
I guess it's no different to a Op Ed in the right wing press from a famous "journalist" with a large circulation in many ways. But it being so distilled and easily accessed blows my mind when I think about it.
I believe this is probably aimed at real world cases in some American schools where some children are being encouraged to use puberty blockers without the knowledge or consent of their parents.
