My goodwill towards Simon Thomas lasted about half an hour 17:07 - Aug 5 with 1301 views | Asa | Deary me. He must have gone over to the Norwich match about five times more than every other single match combined. About as impartial as Anglia News. Forget that Soccer Saturday has been dying for years, held together only by Stelling, with the poorest of pundits, but Thomas' is absolutely unbearable. When Norwich scored, I thought he was going to go full Randy from South Park meme. Thank god I go home and away. Couldn't rely on sitting through this again! | | | | |

He went to all of the games, but it was so ridiculous that at one point he went to Norwich v Hull five times (at 0-1) without going to another game. That had more coverage than the other four games combined. He'd gone to Carrow Road more than Watford when Watford were 4-0 up by half time. He's just summed up the day with 'A win For Norwich City and Wrexham get beaten'. He may as well have a Budgie sitting on his shoulder. Watford and Stoke scored 4. Barnsley got 7. But let's sum up the day with the team in 13th last season winning a match. Not offended. Couldn't care less who the host supports. But if they are going to bang about their own team the whole time it becomes a farce. Disappointed as it seems to be the only one that has coverage throughout (TNT and BBC seem to be for the end of matches) and it used to be bearable despite the pundits because of the host.
