Average crowd this season 10:34 - Aug 8 with 1023 viewsBobbychase

What do we think it will be? Stoke on Saturday looking to be what might become a typical game, mostly just upper tier Magnus Stand seats left. And this is with people away on summer holidays. I know Ashton wants us to get to 30,000 seats but not sure how he does that this campaign with various ongoing works and restrictions.

I'm going for 28,700 over the course of the season

It's going to be difficult to get to 30,000 when we don't have 30,000 seats haha!

I'm going for around 28k, that would be pretty much a sell out every game.

Not every away team will sell out their allocation so I’ll err on the side of caution and go 27500 - which will still be the highest ever average.

I can see us averaging over 28000 whilst there is still a real feel good factor. It would be quite interesting to know how many people would have bought season tickets had we been able to sell an much bigger amount than 21k

Good point.

I think as another poster said, whatever the final number, if we have a decent season it's likely to be our highest ever average crowd.

Someone post that on the Bristol City forum Mark Ashton thread.
