I spent at least an hour at the Reading game slaughtering the lad. I may have called him a show pony. I may have suggested he has little end product. I may have even suggested he had poor work rate and didn't track back.

OK, so let me get this right, your list of issues is something like:

Players being allowed to play on loan.
Players being able to be transferred.
Owners being allowed to put money into a club.
