It’s a bit of a weird press, to be fair. They don’t really press our keeper or defence, but squeeze up the pitch with a really high defensive line, so everything is very compact in front of our defence who are left with a little more time on the ball than usual. Exploiting the space in behind might be one way to try to counteract it, although in the rain we’ll have to have our radar dead on for that to be effective.
