Anyone else think he’s got a bit of the Shefki Kuqi about him? Just the way he charges around, chasing overhit passes at full sprint and putting himself about. Thought he brought some great intensity and enthusiasm off the bench yesterday (albeit the game was obviously already won). |

Provided we signed someone else instead (Hackney or someone of that ilk), that would be an evil sh*thousery masterpiece by Ashton. |

Technically a very good player but he struggles with consistency and can go missing sometimes. Also always seems a bit lightweight to me, not one that fits with the desire to bring in athletes better suited to the physical demands of the prem. With the Chile national team he tends to look good when the team around him are playing well, but has never been able to push the team to do better when the rest of the team are out of sorts (which has been most of the time for the last couple of years, la roja have been awful). |

Ha! Back to our old tradition of signing top championship strikers about 10 years too late, a la Nathan Ellington or Sylvan Ebanks-Blake 😂 |

It’s exactly the same as before we got promoted - games that were broadcast in your country were never available on TownTV. Maybe previously Portugal didn’t have any broadcaster showing EFL games, but for most international subscribers it’s exactly the same now as it was the last time we were in the championship. Here in Chile ESPN show all EFL games that are picked for broadcast on Sky in the UK, and the rest of our games are available to stream on TownTV. |

We’ll be fine. Our squad is only going to improve from here and we’ve probably just played two of the hardest games we’ll have all season. This team will look a cut above against your average championship side, keep the faith! |

Lol, no we're not. As much as we would all like to forget it, we lost to Maidstone in the FA Cup in January 2024. |

We took my mum to see the stage show a couple of years back and it was good fun - as others have mentioned it is quite a long day as they do it in two parts and you have a break in the middle to go and get dinner. Or you could dip into the millions flowing in from top tier BM subscriptions and take the family over to Universal in Orlando! |

Looks a strong starting eleven, but think we’ll need a stronger bench than that if we want to go up this year. Not really sure what to expect today, I’m kinda confident and nervous in equal measure! |

Ipswich vs Reading, April 1996 - we lost 2-1. I was 4 - can’t remember much about the game, other than the result. What I do remember is walking up the stairs and seeing the pitch for the first time and thinking it was the most mindblowingly amazing thing in the whole world. Still get that feeling a little bit any time I get down to PR on matchday! |

What a horror show. The last league game I got to go and watch at Portman Road was vs Morecambe just a couple of years ago when I was back in the UK visiting family. Crazy how wrong it's all gone for them since, while we've had the joys of a double promotion and the whole PL circus. |

Got tickets to see them in November so just keeping everything crossed they don’t fall out before then! |

I like the new badge - lettering style feels like a nod to some of the big sides in Argentina. River Plate, San Lorenzo and a few others have their initials in a similar style at the centre of their badges. |

Podcasts are great, especially if you listen on Youtube or a player that allows you to change playback speed (you want to be able to slow down as well as speed up, depending on who you're listening to and how you progress). Also better to listen to something that interests you, rather than something about language learning itself - football podcasts were a big help for me when I was starting out with learning Spanish. |

Nense played well, just couldn't quite find the goal the performance deserved. Hopefully gives the team a bit of confidence they can take into the next time they come up against a European side in the later stages of the tournament. |
