Started a charity for kids in need in Suffolk. Fair play. Great to hear from him on Life’s a Pitch.

Yep, enjoyed that interview. Whatever people say about the Brentisms, he speaks very well for me and seems to just 'get it'.

Trust the process. Trust Phil.

I've had a couple of email interactions with him (more tongue in cheek if you don't ask you don't get type)
Where trying to get charity funds to raise for a Boston marathon place (if anyone has a spare 8k knocking around let me know!) And he's always responded or been generally helpful! (Where I wouldn't have really expected a reply at all!)

Really enjoyed that episode...Looks to me like Ashton's demeaner has changed a bit over the last two years.. He showed a much lighter side to himself, than we usually see... Thought we saw a little bit of , Ashton the bloke., and not so much Ashton The CEO...
He looks and sounds really settled in the area now. Which is great for our stability, on a few levels.. Great news about the charity he's setting up. And a nice tip of the cap, towards his late father, too...
Can't wait to see the horse tattoo..

Just caught up on this. Everyone involved in the club just seems to ‘get it’ now and that starts at the very top. Unfortunately Suffolk does have a disproportionately high number of children living in poverty and this is something that the club can really help to change. And by the club, I mean all of us, no doubt we as a fan base will throw our weight behind the charity and campaign and make a very really difference to people’s lives.
