I have a Samsung tablet and I think your Samsung phone should be similar.
Whilst on TownTV on your phone, set up your TV as you would for the you tube casting.
They’re all different but for my TV it’s Home>Sources>Wireless Display.
If you swipe down from the top of your Samsung phone screen you should get the quick options screen then click on smart view and select your TV.
It usually works beautifully but two notes of caution:
This no longer works with my iPhone as older TVs can be a bit fickle.
Don’t try this just a few minutes before kick off or you could get stressed out if you’ve forgotten a crucial step. | | | |

Same problem with my iPhone to 5 years old TV. It used to work but now I can get sound only. My Samsung tablet to TV works beautifully. | | | |
