If we make the play-offs can you realistically see us beating Southampton/Leeds, West Brom, or over 2 legs or at Wembley? Our form has been terrible after the Scum draw bar the Leicester games (which we were good only in patches). At best we may beat the 5th and 6th place finisher and get to the final. |
We have won 2 of our last 9 games & it's clear we need reinforcements, especially with Hirst out for the season. Unfortunately, we now need better players than we did a year ago if they are to make the necessary difference so we're shopping in a much tougher market. We will probably get a couple in, but it seems these will now bye the by-products of other moves. |  |

My biggest concern is a fifth round game may have given us extra money to spend in the transfer market. Not a massive amount, but could have helped make a slight difference. |  |
