Was there any rough date given?
I only ask as Ive seen him up the gym (he must be 7 foot tall btw) doing, what looked, a pretty intense weight training session.
I know lifting weights and being on the grass are totally different things, but he looked in great shape, and strong. |  |

I’m pretty sure the club have a gym, with all the equipment they’d need.
But I’d guess that they, like everyone, like a change of scenery.
Plus they have the steam room etc up there.
In terms of other things, like the ice chambers etc, the club have just contracted this out to a local guy, where of a week he’ll see the entire first team squad. I think it’s with half an eye on us purchasing the equipment. When the training ground gets the refurb.

Really? I like popping along to Felixstowe ground as a 10 minute walk. On Sunday the drums were excellent, loud enough to be heard right up the end of Colnies Road the wife said, but I imagine the locals were a bit miffed. I know someone who lives in Dellwood Ave, garden backs onto the corner of the pitch. She complained about the swearing and the smell of onions. That is quite an open area in Bent Lane. |  | | |

This might be a stupid question, but I'd have thought the club would have their own gym the players can use?
I know you've posted a few times about seeing players in the gym you go to, is that where a lot/all of ITFC players go? |
Years ago they used to occasionally use Gym and Trim (if anybody remembers that place). Remember seeing some of them in there back in the 90s. |  |
