- Premier League clubs may not register more than two players on loan at any one time.
- The maximum number of loans registrable in the same season is four, and, under no circumstances, shall more than one be from the same club at any one time.

Tough, but makes it more interesting for us.

That applies only to domestic loans, keep in mind.

Of course, I should've highlighted that.

But for everyone wanting Omari and Sarmiento back on loan, I think we will need to be more clever than that for those two spots.

I think Omari is a player we will be sniffing around for more than a loan- but if that isn't plausible then I absolutely think he should return. The lad can only develop more from where he is now and we are the perfect setup for developing him.

Practically speaking, what’s the difference between a season long loan and a purchase with a carefully choreographed buy back clause!? Where there’s a will there is usually a way…..

I guess another loan in which he has a good season would shove his value through the roof.

It would be a shame if he became completely unaffordable to us because of that. Plus I'd rather have him playing for us than against us for someone else!

I wonder how much of the budget will be set aside for new playing staff. The hundred odd millions sound huge don't they, until you look at how much these feckers cost to buy and maintain.
