Aluko would have to be some kind of prodigy to be the right man for us. I'm quite sure that he won't have the required coaching badges and he certainly doesn't have the experience.
Personality-wise I'd be very happy with him in charge, but you'd need a mentor like Neil Warnock alongside him.
