Agread re stepping stones.
Feels more like Brighton offer less chance of relegation in his eyes.
Hope I'm wrong but leaving us now would definitely put us at increased danger of an immediate return to Championship.
It would take a he'll of a new manager to come in to a predominantly league one squad and add to it and lift its moral after loosing the manager that got them promoted.
