I assume that's 16/1 based upon the amount of money staked, and a risk-averse attitude from the bookies, rather than any ITKness?
I just can't see past City getting the lightest sanction that the governing body can get away with giving. Probably something along the lines of a 10pt deduction, a suspended relegation, and perhaps some sort of embargo or disqualification from certain competitions for a period of time. I can't see anyone having the balls to impose a harsh enough penalty to make relegation a realistic prospect. | |

I think it more likely they will get a massive sanction which they will appeal and end up with around 2-5 points. Probably just low enough to mean they still win the league. |  |
