I think their little mini NATO is sweet. Vlad has his hands more than full in Ukraine. He is not going to join Kim Little Un in invading South Korea. As far as weapons are concerned, from what I have read it's mostly N Korea supplying ammo to Russia for its war in Ukraine. What is concerning is that probably Russia will be helping N Korea to advance its nuclear technology and therefore better nukes at their disposal.
