Is the Sport Zentrum Landskron stand going to BIG enough for the blue army?! 15:10 - Jul 1 with 1997 viewsunstableblue

I’d say we can fill that with the travelling fans going to see the 2 (1 hour) Donetsk games.

I fancy it, anyone else?

Barcelona, Porto in champions league, and beat Barcelona at home! (Well I’m Hamburg)

Obviously a club affected by the war.

In pre-season they played Spurs, Alkmaar, AEK Athens and Ajax

So a great level for our first ‘competitive’ games of the Premier campaign

Certainly is a nice benchmark for us against a Champions league regular. Obviously the intensity of pre season games doesn't prepare anyone for the real action, but getting up close and personal against that level of opposition can only be a good thing as an exercise.

Not a trip I'll be making as I have plans already, but Austria is a beautiful country and tying it in to a few days out there sounds like a great idea.

I think we will do well to even half fill it.

£500 direct flights and not sure the other way you'd get there. Nightmare to get to.

I believe Zentrum Landskron is 35min drive from the training base in Carinthia (32km)

However proximity to airports is problematic

Vienna international is is a near 4hr car journey - 339km

Trieste Airport is closer at 167km and 2 hrs - and no direct flights

But Ljubljana airport 55mins away at 82km! EasyJet from Gatwick one way £155

BOOM

Went to the nearby town (Villach) on a school exchange about 20 years ago, beautiful part of the world.
