Hey, we have a two time cross country Paralympic silver medalist in our running club and I come in quicker than him every time.

Admittedly the two silvers were won in 1984 and 1988 and he now goes out with the power walkers rather than us runners.

	Sometimes I think about the frothing lunatics I’ve put on ignore, who will have kept replying to me again and again, but I don’t even realise they exist.
