Agree, how on earth do you Police it, if you're so messed up mentally then no amount of Police would make a difference sadly, bring back stop and search and it's a five year sentence if you're caught carrying a knife? that might be a deterrent for the gangs, possibly, but not for these lone attacks involving severe MH issues, services for that alone have been cut drastically of late.. |  | | |
