Am I being thick or is the Man City ballot not open? I am on the away tickets page and it just says it is sold out with no place to click to enter the ballot.

Do you have a membership for this season? (should be yes)
Do you already have a Man City ticket? (should be no)
Do you fall into the 5 - 14 points categories? (should be yes)

‘To enter the ballot for Manchester City, a supporter must have a 2024/25 membership and be in the following priority windows 5+,10+ and 15+ APP. The ballot for the game away to Manchester City will open from 12pm on Wednesday, 14 August, before closing for entries at 5pm on Thursday, 15 August.

Those who already have a ticket for the Manchester City game on 24 August will not be able to enter the ballot’
