McKenna has shown that he is prepared to change the system & swap out players depending on the opposition, so despite our preferred formation being a 4-2-3-1, I can see us playing variations even moreso this season.
I think we could see Hutchinson & Szmodics starting as a pair of #10's, behind Delap, for the Liverpool & City games, in order to allow for an extra body in midfield (Taylor or even Phillips if he has the fitness), or possibly for us to go with 3 at the back. It wouldn't surprise me if Edmundson was brought in to help deal with the pace & powerful running of the Liverpool front players. |  | | |

I was thinking of 3 at the back, Tuanzebe, Woolfy and Greaves. Johnson/clarke and Leif either side. Morsey and Taylor in the middle with Chaplain, Hutch and Delap up top. |  | | |
