If I was a Chelsea fan I'd be really really concerned.
They've got a squad of 43 players, 30 of which are currently deemed first-team players in the eyes of Maresca. That is already an inflated squad by PL standards (25-28 the norm).
So they've got an absolute minimum of 13 players to be moved on/ loaned out in the next two weeks and then they've got to manage the expectation of 10 highly paid disgruntled players every week.
How do they ever think they're going to get good financial deals for these players when everyone can see that they don't want them and have to get them off the books?!

I have heard that the fee for Joao Felix is around £100 million. Felix has not lived up to his early career hype and will be a rotation player at Chelsea. They must have spent more money since Boely took over than at least 75% of the 92 league clubs have spent combined in their entire history. That is total madness.
Wasn't it something like 1.5 billion on players in 4 windows.

Something like that and the only one who has been worth his transfer fee is Cole Palmer. Even the £40 million they payed for him is good value only in hindsight. I remember thinking that amount for an unproven albeit talented youngster was way OTT.
