Likely it is the likely that operates between the other likelies. Less likely than likely but more likely than unlikely. Neither more likely or less likely than less than likely. The lesser spotted likely in a world likely to have not considered it as likely before but as something other than likely, albeit not unlikely.

I would say likely is more than 50%. Maybe 80%. So less than 80%.

However, the way im reading it, its more as unlikely. Which I would say 20%.

Think Kieran is playing around with words. I read it as unlikely.
