Yes, but the point being that he couldn't stop himself, and the ball was going into the goal anyway. The ball hit him, rather than him touching the ball.
We'll have to agree to disagree, I just see decisions like that as rediculous, taking more even more fun/spontaneity out of the game when it not necessary. |
I get where you're coming from, but I think that gets disallowed in any era, VAR or not. He put himself in the position, and interfered with play. |  |
