woooohooo its going to be cloudy at FPR tomorrow 14:16 - Nov 1 with 1269 viewslegoman

This is good because I sit in front of the new security glass in the Cobbald stand.
When the low sun in spring and autumn hits the top of the double glass design it is like someone shining a laser light into your eyes, it is hideous and ruins my viewing pleasure. Hopefully they will be removed soon. Otherwise heres to cloudy days.

We play better in the sun though innit. I've not fact checked this hypothesis but I'm convinced there's a correlation between better weather and better performances under McKenna.

Reuser certainly used to. I am not sure of the correlation since then. For a while we were equally poor and more recently equally good.

I think it is very unlikely the glass will be removed or changed so if you are experiencing problems (OP this is), you should think about how they can be mitigated against. Can you adjust how you sit or wear sunglasses? Can you place something in the way (less likely)? Would informing the club of the exact issue enable them to provide some solution? Maybe altering the angle of the perspex would help?

Get the club to seed the sky with silver nitrate before every home game on a sunny day

It might be cheaper, safer and more environmentally-friendly to put a roof on and partially close it but I do like your out-of-the-box thinking.

Or fine salt so that we get a free watering of the pitch.
