It's not intelligence that the Russian's are going to attack the US embassy - they simply wouldn't do that on purpose.

It's intelligence of a large air attack on Kyiv, something the Russians have been doing fairly regularly for over two years. At this time they deliberately try and knock out power so the population freezes.
