Can anyone give me a reasonable explanation why Muric came out that far? 15:59 - Dec 8 with 1029 views | Blue_Blob | I'm not saying I'm a brilliant goalkeeper but there was no reason for Muric to come out that far for the equaliser? [Post edited 8 Dec 2024 16:02]

Come on you can't defend that decision, if Muric is in position and the player scores a wonder goal then so be it, but the odds would be far better for us if he just positioned himself for the save. He's forced the player into doing something that has far better odds of success, pretty much the definition of a poor decision from a goalkeeper.

Then arguing that he’s a good goalkeeper because of that. Good goalkeepers don’t turn into absolute morons when it matters most. He is and has cost us so much. We win that game with no issues if he doesn’t come 50 feet off his line
