Phillips, a player who has played for City, been a standout international player, who is trying to build his career back, and look at his delight for Taylor, a player who plays in his position, who didn't always get many minutes because of the pair ahead of him, who has been patient and worked hard and has improved his level and looks comfortable in the PL.
Look at Conor Townsend. A really good professional who has come in as back up and look at how pleased he is for a Burgess. A CB who has played through the leagues, has been continually written off and has worked hard to take every opportunity given to him.
And Burgess with his arm around a brilliant young talent who when he first arrived was tricks and flicks but no impact who has been coached and improved and worked hard to listen and take onboard everything and who is now giving Premier League defences the run around..

Its a great photo and es, I noticed that. You do not often see subs celebrating like that particularly given their respective situations. It is one of the differences between us and some of the other teams down there (I think) that might make a difference.
I have a lot of time for Gary O'Neil and they have been on the end of some really questionable decisions, but there is something not quite right about the Wolves players behaviours when you look at today and West Ham.
The ref today did not help.
And Burgess - he has been absolutely massive for us since he came back in. |  | | |

Completely agree. One of the things that set us apart last season too. KM had everyone feeding involved and important, even the players furthest from the team at the moment. Players like Woolfie went bonkers at the end.
He wasn't joking about building a culture. I don't know what he says to them but it's just such a sigh of his man management and emotional intelligence.
Those subs are thrilled.
It's a squad effort. Every player contributing. Imagine the standard of training when you've get everyone so committed. | | | |
