Still ill, day seven 09:14 - Dec 30 with 738 views

Showered, turned my lungs inside out and given them a scrub, and ventured as far as the kitchen to make my own lemsip.

Rest of the family still annoyingly symptom free.

Hoping to try and have a relatively normal day at home, despite eyes feeling like they're made of sandpaper, constantly snotty and sounding like a cross between Darth Vader and a bad imitation Danny Dyer.

Three things to suggest that may help

Get out for a walk and get some fresh air, you may not feel like it but I found it helped

Put a spoon of honey and lemon juice in a mug and fill with hot water, found drinking that helped as well

Watching town in 5 videos from the last 2 seasons - nothing to do with the cold, just makes you feel better
