I never knew, until today that multiple claims in a year for windscreen damage is ok on comprehensive insurance cover. But, apparently, it is.

Got a total windscreen replacement after a huge crack happened less than 6 months ago, so you can imagine my anger at getting not one, but two stone chips in a matter of seconds on the A14 today.

Checked with Autoglass and yes, you can claim more than once a year. Good times.

Waiting for the next quote in May. Bad times.

2 years in a row I have had a new £700+ screen only paid the excess. I have been told that to many claims against the policy can lead to them changing the excess amount for screen cover.
