Better than Brighton 19:24 - Jan 19 with 716 viewsbsw72

Just got home, and I actually don’t feel as disheartened as I did on the journey home Thursday night. Felt like we were more positive today. It felt like City played really well and “only” had 9 shots on target. It seems to me it was one of those days where everything clicked for City and they would potentially have beaten most sides on that form.

The other thing is that Jan 15th 2022 we were losing 2-0 away to Bolton, dunno about you lot but I’d rather be playing (and ok, losing to) the Champions than where we were 36 months ago.

You're not the only one. I felt more despondent after Brighton. I also wish the crowd could have turned up against Brighton like they did for the month part today. Unfortunately everything did seem to click for City today, we gave them a good battle for the first 25 but they were imperious after that.

That did not feel like a 6-0 game

Yeah, I know what you mean. Brighton felt like a missed opportunity. Today... wasn't.

Poll: Who would you play at right centre back on Saturday?
