Seriously, though. I'm not sure. Maybe the resilient fans from the 20 years of hurt are not there in large numbers anymore, and there are more 'recent' fans who have more experience of success than failure?
I think the first half of the season our home support was immense. Maybe the acceptance has set in. It's a dangerous mood to have floating around the stadium though. It won't help the players at all, and we need all the help we can get. [Post edited 1 Feb 23:20]
