Monza have reappointed Alessandro Nesta 7 weeks after sacking him having now sacked his replacement.

That's more bonkers than Mick Mccarthey dropping Dizzy Rascall whilst DJ ing at Leon Best House party

The managerial changes in a Serie A season are absolutely insane. It's rare that a club ends the season with the man in charge who started it.

Yeah, it's a merry-go-round over here but we've got nothing on them over there.

I would suggest that Italian employment law may play a part in this.

It's generally impossible to get fired in Italy, so I would guess they were probably still paying Nesta, and therefore it is almost certainly cheaper to lose games with Nesta in charge than having to pay off Nesta and Bocchetti plus a new manager.

McCarthy would drop anyone if it allowed a fit-again Jay Tabb to come back into the team. "Proper footballer is Tabby".

Although, it is conceivable that I have misconstrued "dropping". That era was largely a pile of droppings, but I for one have affection for Mick. Bonkers!
