Our best result of the season ? 17:53 - Feb 15 with 788 views | smithy69 | Discuss 50 minutes with 10 men, vs a champions league team, away from home, after they have had a week off Can’t be any more proud of them. That will give so much confidence in the dressing room Palmer was superb

Our best result of the season ? on 20:15 - Feb 15 with 540 views | positivity | undoubtedly our best draw of the season, but the wins against chelsea and spurs were as impressive for me whilst being objectively better as you get 3 times more points! while less impressive, the wolves win was surely the most useful...

Our best result of the season ? on 20:19 - Feb 15 with 510 views | HighgateBlue | It was great, and we should all be delighted with performance and result. 1-1 at Villa even with 11 men would have been fantastic. However, we have as many draws as Leicester and Southampton combined. If we go down, it will be because we have not won enough. If we don't get half a dozen wins in total (and maybe more), we will be down. So I really don't think that a draw is our very best result of the season. I think there is a case for any of our three wins: Spurs was away against a team then doing well. Wolves was a win against our main relegation rival. Chelsea was the highest placed team we've beaten, and with a clean sheet at that.

yes, hopefully the performance (not the result) will be an important one:- if we can have injury problems, go a man down away against a champions league team and still take the lead it should show the players that no cause is lost.
