International squads, proud of players. Always pleased for them, always good for players and clubs. Wish them well and hope they come back healthy.

Liam not in England, important to remind him, Omari and Jaden that they could be added to senior squad along the line? That's the role of the U21s, big tournament in the summer, will be good for them and good for Ipswich. Confident we'll have three Ipswich forwards in that tournament.

View growth of squad, what's been key? I'm not a in a philosphical state to talk about how we've improved as we feel we should have picked up more points. Since Christmas, increasingly competitive, so improvement there, but want to pick up more points and that's the focus.

When you lay things in the cup it's a layer of experience for both sides. Both games did some good things. Both teams implemented their style. Penalty won the first, the second went to 120 mins. Positive we've competed with them, need to take it a step further Saturday.

We'll use period well during two and a half weeks without a game. Unusual for us. Come back to a big week, Bournemouth away, Wolves at home. No let-up, so we're ready to go.

Forest done really well, would be surprised themselves how well they've done.

I think it shows how tight the division is, margins are small, difference between losing out and winning out in the margins is very small. Forest and Bournemouth have shown that small improvements can move you up a fair way.

Re them being promoted a couple of years ago, I don't think you can compare each club, everyone has their own story. Not much we take from other clubs as our story is unique.

Chris Wood, everyone takes joy in him doing so well after his lengthy career, top talent elsewhere in the squad, players I remember seeing in academies. As a club they've managed to recruit them and from abroad over a number of years. Full credit to them.

Previous games narrow. Past point of taking encouragement from that. We have to find a way to break them down, but if you make it too open, they can be incredibly efficent on the counter-attack. Learnt a lot from previous matches, but need to take that next step without opening the game and making it dangerous for us at the other end.

What's the next step? Points on the board. Know we've been really close. Nine games since halfway, other than Liverpool and Man City, we've been bang in it and you can see opportunities we've missed and chances the opposition has taken. It's about finding those margins, finding another level of concentration and trying to turn competitive performances into points.

Not in position to reflect on season. Hopefully when the end comes, we'll be celebrating, if not, we'll have learnt an awful lot, making a step no one has made for some years, from League One to the PL in two years. Will be things we look back on we could have done different but won't be from any lack of will or effort. We'll be stronger as a club either way.

For us it's us, not looking at other clubs. We need to pick up points, doesn't matter what anyone else does. If we do that, then we give ourselves a chance. All we can control is ourselves.

Would you have had Liam in England squad? Lots of ways to look at it, not ben an international manager. Hadn't put much stock on him being included. Young striker playing his first Premier League season, first as a senior striker. Fantastic performances, what he's done over the season, you could make a case for him being in the top band of players this season. But there are other players and from an FA perspective, big U21s tournament they take seriously, platform for senior tournaments, so perhaps better from their perspective for him to be main striker in U21s. Certainly been one of best forwards in PL, but can understand why players get put in different squads.

Julio, Omari, Kalvin back, no new injuries, Szmodics surgery, Chaplin back after international break, not training yet.

Hirst and Liam in same side? Not impossible, has happened, but similar profile, not many teams have two number nines of that type. Possible later in a game, less likely from start.

Premier League very strong, Liverpool opened up big gap, but competitiveness below that really, really high. Would be a big achievement to stay up, don't think anyone will repeat what we've done over last couple of years. A couple of refereeing decisions and we'd be out of the relegation zone. Last year, incredible to compete with the three relegated teams. Big, big jump to this level, Leicester and Southampton as well as us with our journey. If we can catch clubs above us from our journey, would incredible achievement. But not about words, about getting points.

Next two games ahead of Wolves game important. Want to stay in fight. Challenges we've had, not fielded same team week after week, usually had a debut. A lot of ways we're trending upwards but not on points, which we obviously need to do.

George has been open to Scotland for some time, Jens not away with Sweden, not club, but through him. Axel back after international break, not sure which game. Aro could go away with Kosovo.
