I understand the reaction and there is a big fear this is true. Our main problem is that we are not a team and lack partnerships everyhere. The tell of it is whether we can match what the team did last year. Individually we have better players but can we develop into a team? McKenna (or whoever comes in if he does leave) has his work cut out.
